Preschool Admissions

To register for one of our PK-3 or PK-4 programs, please print and fill out the application packet found below and turn it into the School Office along with the non-refundable registration fee.

Once accepted, the following materials are required prior to the first day of school:

• Copy of Birth Certificate if not previously submitted

• Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic and if not previously submitted)

• Copy of Immunization Records/Health Inventory Forms (included in the application packet)

If you want to register for a certain class, it is important to return your registration form and registration fee to the school office in a timely manner.
